Refund Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or an exchange.
Returned items for a full refund must be in the same condition as received and in original packaging unworn and unwashed. If the item appears to have been worn or if the tags have been removed, it will not be eligible for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.You should expect your refund within 3-5 days of your return being processed a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@babyplayworld.com
We will also pay the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item). After 30 days, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
